When should I stop swaddling my baby?

Swaddling beyond this point can pose a safety risk, as it may prevent your baby from using their arms to push up or turn their head, increasing the chance of suffocation if they roll onto their stomach.
To ensure your baby's safety and comfort, consider transitioning to a wearable blanket or sleep sack once swaddling is no longer appropriate. Always monitor your baby closely during sleep to ensure they are safe and comfortable.

What is your return policy?

If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us up to 10 days after date of purchase. After this duration we cannot offer you a refund unless the goods were faulty at point of receiving.

To be eligible for a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You need to inform us if you wish to return the order by contacting us via our online contact us form or via our customer service team available on shopbabymooncs@gmail.com

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the items has been reduced by your actions prior to its return to us.
